Cotton's breathability and moisture-absorbent property makes it the top material for the line.
- Cotton pieces dominate: Makers continue to use cotton as the fabric has greater breathability and moisture-absorbent property than other textiles. The material can also be blended with linen, silk, hemp, bamboo rayon, polyester or spandex. These are treated for enhanced sweat absorption, and quick-drying and anti-bacterial characteristics.
- Neutral shades popular: White, black, gray and blue T-shirts remain strong, although releases in bright shades such as yellow, purple, red and green are gaining ground.
- Logo application: To create striking 3D images, some manufacturers are employing foil-stamped designs. This, however, adds $0.50 to the prices.
