Greater circuit density remains the product development priority of China’s rigid-flex PCB makers as they boost penetration of high-end applications in the automotive and medical electronics segments. In particular, suppliers are increasing the number of layers while turning out units with up to 1.6mil minimum line width and spacing, and as small as 0.075mm holes.
