The latest releases can be used on different occasions and feature multiple sections for various baby items.
- Diverse styles: A variety of diaper bag types, including tote, messenger and handbag versions, are offered. Backpack versions, which allow the hands to move freely, are also gaining traction. Some companies are releasing waistbag designs that are suitable for short walks. These products can hold a feeding bottle, diaper, coin purse and house keys.
- Multiple compartments: Although mainstream models come with one main and two side pockets, many of the latest releases have two or three main and four external compartments. Such versions feature specialized sections for the clothes, diapers, baby bottles, toys, mobile phones and other feeding items. Some are available with detachable pockets that double as small bags.
- Enhanced durability: The shells often have a PVC or PU coating for improved oil, dirt and water resistance. For the bottom padding, PP or PE are widely utilized as these are hard yet flexible and withstand repeated washing.
